The group fitness instructors are the greatest assets of the club as they are part DJ, part therapist, and part drill sergeant. Group fitness classes allow us to work through the problems of the day while we transform our bodies listening to the heart pounding music. Granted it’s the instructor’s issue we solved, but we all leave feeling better about ourselves knowing we burned calories and helped out a friend.
