“One of the best Racquetball locations in the US is right here in KC! If you play or want to start, this is the place to be!”
“This is a premier club with racquetball, handball, squash, table tennis, badminton, basketball, and great fitness equipment. The Courtside Café is a great place to relax and have a beer after working out. Workout, grab some lunch and back to work. One of the best racquetball facilities in the country!!”
“ACOP is absolutely the best gym I have attended. I love their middle of the day classes. It’s wonderful for busy people who have limited free time. 15 lbs in 2 months and still pushing. Thank you everyone for being inspiring and always expecting the best.”
“The Athletic Club of Overland Park is a great place for all ages- they have something for every age and it’s a great place to meet new people and accomplish your fitness & lifestyle goals.”
The group fitness instructors are the greatest assets of the club as they are part DJ, part therapist, and part drill sergeant. Group fitness classes allow us to work through the problems of the day while we transform our bodies listening to the heart pounding music. Granted it’s the instructor’s issue we solved, but we all leave feeling better about ourselves knowing we burned calories and helped out a friend.
