2017 Thanksgiving Hours and Group EX Schedule

We are open on Thanksgiving & Black Friday! Check out our modified hours & group fitness schedule below. We hope you all have a great holiday!

Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 23th)
Club Hours: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Courtside Grill: Closed
Play Zone: Closed

Group Fitness Schedule:

8:30AM – 9:30AM– Turkey Roast (Bootcamp style) w/ Monica

Start off your Thanksgiving right with this Boot Camp inspired class! Challenge your body in this cardio and strength workout to new levels. Turn your body into a calorie burning machine and blast away those pumpkin pie calories before you even consume them. This class will take place in the Gym.

9:30AM – 10:30AM– Turkey Spin and Strut w/ Monica

Looking for a way to scorch the bird before hand without having the high impact of jumping and running? Look no further! Keep your heart rate guessing with every twist and turn thrown at you in this heart pumping, fun class!

10:30AM – 11:30AM Gratitude Yoga w/ Sheri

Need to destress before the fam comes over? We have the perfect, mind clearing, gratitude inspired Yoga class. Unwind, lengthen, and give thanks to your body. We all need to take a little time and be grateful for ourselves and our bodies.

Black Friday (Friday, November 24th)
Club Hours: 5:30 am – 9:00 pm
Courtside Grill: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Bar Only)
Play Zone: Closed

Group Fitness Schedule:

8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Turkey Burner (Cardio/Weights) w/ Monica

This class will do exactly that, BURN. Feel the burn in this class with another amazing cardio and weights inspired class. Melt away fat and excess calories in this challenging but fun class.

9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Spin the Bird (Cycle) w/ Leslie

Time to make up for that post Turkey nap! Get your legs moving and your heart pumping as you spin to upbeat music and kick those extra calories to the curb.

10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Yoga Burn and Flow (Cardio Yoga) w/ Annette

Looking for cardio, strength, and stretch? This class has it all! Move and flow to some upbeat music to get your heart rate up then lengthen and tone your muscles with traditional yoga moves. This is a special class for Black Friday. Don’t miss your chance to check it out!
