Overland Park Swimming Lessons Now at TAC!

The Athletic Club is now offering Overland Park swimming lessons! Swimming Lessons are available through certified instructor, Rochelle Stone-Hartstrom. Rochelle has an extensive background in most areas of aquatics ranging from life guarding to swim lessons, fitness and aquatic management. She has been teaching swim lessons for a little over 14 years, beginning with her professional Red Cross Water Safety Instructor course and some continuing education in a learn to swim program. She also holds certification in aquatics post-rehab training. Overland Park health club, The Athletic Club is here to help you with dinner this weekend! After all, Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! Check out this yummy recipe from The Athletic Club’s own, Melissa Moore. Healthy Pizza: Start with a tortilla. I use a whole wheat tortilla, any tortilla of your choice would work. Add a tablespoon or more of Shatta or other sauce.  My favorite is Yummy’s Choice. It’s spicy! Add your choice of toppings:  onion, peppers, tomatoes, olives and always walnuts.
