Below is some basic information about the passes. Members may purchase Holiday Punch Passes for non-members who have not been a guest in the last 90 days (such as friends and family). Each pass is just $15.00! Guests receive 8 free visits to the club. Guests can also take advantage of one free personal trainer consultation. Festive Fitness Challenge 2015 at TAC!

The Athletic Club just started our Festive Fitness Challenge! This holiday promotion runs through December 31st. How it works: Pick up a Festive Fitness Challenge sheet from the front desk (one per person). Take the sheet with you to group fitness classes. Each class you attend fills a full or half box on your sheet (1 hour classes fill a full box, 30 minute classes fill a 1/2 box). Your instructor signs off that you attended. Once you fill up 15 full boxes, you turn your sheet into the front desk. You then get a $7.00 gift card to use for a lunch or dinner in the cafe! Kansas City table tennis is a popular sport! Table tennis is played with either two or four players who hit a ball back and forth. Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 6:45 AM, Cycle Smash Up with Carol Smith Thursday: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM, Kickbox Combo with Razak Class Descriptions: Cycle Smash Up – is it a workout or a party? Heart pumping music meets cycle drills in an unexpected twist on this challenging class. Kickbox Combo – kickboxing, plyometrics, rope skipping, and a variety of challenging intervals.
