Get your heart pounding and your adrenaline pumping in classes like Zumba & HIIT!

The Athletic Club has a cardio/aerobics class for everyone!

Want to get your blood pumping? Try some cardio/aerobics classes!  Aerobic exercise takes place when you do exercise that pumps oxygen-filled blood through the body into the muscles that are working.

One of the best ways to get in your aerobic exercise is by attending one of The Athletic Club’s group fitness classes, specifically one of the cardio/aerobics classes!
