What better way to charge that metabolism, break up the day, and satisfy those hunger pains than to workout, clean up, and get lunch to go? Make the most of your lunch hour with The Athletic Club of Overland Park lunch time group fitness classes.
As a member, you will get access to a wide array of The Athletic Club of Overland Park lunch time group fitness classes. There are several 30 minute workouts over the lunch hour to help those of you in the Overland Park area, get in and get out. Choose from Ripped Abs, Muscle Works, Cycle, Butts & Guts, Yoga, HIIT, or Abs & Intervals. All of these classes occur between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM. Some classes are 30 minutes and others are an hour long. However, you are always welcome to leave the class early if that works best for your schedule.

When you’re done exercising, race back in to the locker room and spruce up. The club provides towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, blow-dryers, curling irons, and hair spray. You can even iron your clothes if they need it.

If you are really on top of your game, you can pre-order your lunch from the locker room.The café takes your order and the time you wish to pick it up. You can even house-charge your lunch—no need to get out the wallet.
