Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 6:45 AM, Cycle Smash Up with Carol Smith
Thursday: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM, Kickbox Combo with Razak
Cycle Smash Up – is it a workout or a party? Heart pumping music meets cycle drills in an unexpected twist on this challenging class.
Kickbox Combo – kickboxing, plyometrics, rope skipping, and a variety of challenging intervals. Add numerous resources like heavy begs, mitts, and kettle bells, track, stairs, and cycle bikes.
