Start with a healthy salad like our grilled chicken salad from Courtside Fresh Bar & Grill. Salads are a nutrient-dense meal choice, often much lower in calories than other choices.
Salads are also very convenient meals that you can eat anywhere, as they don’t need to be heated. Not to mention, they are quick to make! The best part is there are so many different ways you can make salads so you don’t have to get bored with the same recipe.
Fresh Grilled Chicken Salad
- Romaine Lettuce or Spinach
- Grilled Chicken
Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe, compliments of our own cook, Mollie Linkhart
- 1 cup of Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup of Honey
- 1 tbsp of parsley
- 1 tbsp of oregano
- 1 tsp of chili flakes
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Whisk all ingredients together. Be sure to mix thoroughly when it’s time to put it on your salad.
