Attention All Athletes, Dancers, Yogis, Gymnasts, Gym Lovers, and People who just like to have fun!

Are you looking for an amazing cross training option that will mold, sculpt, tone, and tighten your whole body all while increasing your flexibility? PiYo is the program for you!

PiYo® LIVE combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small. This class moves at a fast pace to fun, energetic music.

PiYo is different than other yoga and Pilates blends in many ways. While it does blend together these two mind-body exercises, it also adds in components of martial arts and dance for a more intense workout. PiYo uses upbeat, mainstream music, rather than traditional zen yoga music, to keep students excited, interested and in the zone during the workout.

A total-body strengthening workout. Planks, side planks, lunges, and squats are key elements to engage the large and small muscles of the body. By working in and out of these poses, you build strength using your own body’s resistance.

Unlike most yoga and Pilates classes, PiYo classes are aerobic. PiYo links together dynamic, flowing exercises to increase your heart rate, burn calories and make you sweat. These classes are low-impact but high energy, with moves and poses taken from traditional yoga, Pilates and dance. They are linked together in a new way to add more cardio and fun.
