Welcome our New Group Fitness Instructor!

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Sheri Kendall! She is an incredible addition to our Group Fitness instructors! Join her and other yogis for Mix Level Flow on Saturday mornings from 10:15-11:45a. A Vinyasa flow class that combines breath, movement, and alignment to create a strong foundation for yoga students of all levels. Practice a combination of challenging poses, while creating strength and balance. Leave feeling peaceful and energized! The Athletic Club of Overland Park provides yoga mats, yoga blocks, and any equipment you may need for our classes, just bring your energy!

“As a longtime, avid fitness practitioner, I began practicing yoga about 12 years ago which opened my eyes to a whole new world, instilling grounding and introspection that was missing in my life. The mind/body awareness is often overlooked in not only our society, but also the fitness world. I teach in a way that allows the students to experience the Asana, Pranayama and Pratyahara in their practice. I love the practice of yoga and all forms of fitness and I hope to facilitate self-awareness, equanimity and groundedness in each class. I also have a sense of humor and feel laughter and fun is needed as much in our lives as anything else.  I can’t wait to see you in one of my classes!”
